Hello All,
I just thought I would take the time to give you a quick update as to how preparations for the big ride are coming along!! My dad, sister and I are super busy with trying to finalize the route, look it over to make sure it is safe and as easy as riding 400 miles can be!! It is quite tedious work because you have to look at the bike map and then the road map and then the google directions and then put it all together!! However, I do believe it is all finalized and ready to go!!

Last week my sister and I drove part of the route, our intentions were to drive the whole thing but due to bad weather and it taking us a very very long time to get out of Milwaukee we only got to drive part of it. We did stop in Sheboygan Falls though at the Days Inn and got a very discounted room so thank you sooo much to the Days Inn!!! So the first day we will be stopping in Sheboygan Falls for the night, the second night Green Bay, the third somewhere near Dunbar, WI, the fourth near Covington, MI and then to the finish line in Houghton, MI!!!!
We are just going shopping today and tomorrow for some last minute inter-tubes for the bike, water and gatorade!! I am getting very very excited and really cant wait to get on the road!!! It is not to late to donate either, I will be taking donations even after the ride!! If you plan on seeing me at all over the route please let me know so I can be sure to let you know when I will be in that specific area! Also if everyone could think no rain that would be great because right now the forecast doesnt look to promising!! Although we will ride through whatever weather the week brings!
